The ME & WE Lab

clarity, confidence, and connection in your relationships

A 10-week on-line group

with Mallika Bush, LMFT

Starting: Sept. 16th

You are no longer going to silence yourself, or make yourself small so others feel comfortable.

HOWEVER, if we burn burn bridges in the name of being authentic, we may end up with plenty of Me — but very little We.

Build your independence without hardening your heart.

The strength to stand on your own; the courage to still need others.

Stay connected to the woman who longs to be help, while becoming the woman who can hold herself.

Have you recently left your marriage — or are planning to — and want to rebuild your life with clarity, confidence and a future that still values connection?

Rather than quiet-quitting your relationship or staying stuck in resentment . . .

Navigate disconnection and conflict,
with less suffering and more
choice, confidence, and satisfaction

  • See the relationships you are in more clearly

  • Break free from repetitive patterns

  • Strengthen your voice and self-authority

  • Influence change in relationships and groups

Join Mallika, along side other growth-minded
group-members up to good work.

We will uncover the steps to meaningful change in our relationships. Together.

By Thanksgiving you will:

  • Recognize and begin to transform the repetitive patterns that shape your experiences with partners, family, friends, and colleagues.

  • Understand the difference between ME (your inner experience) and WE (the relationships and systems you live in)

  • Apply the ME & WE Method with practical tools and experiments.

  • See emotions and conflict as sources of wisdom, not problems to fix.

  • Trust your voice and your self-authority more.

  • Begin to develop a ME who can soften into quiet strength, stay rooted in yourself, AND meet others in the WE.

What would change if you found joy in

trusting your own perceptions and voice

without needing others to agree with you?

This Program is for You If:

  • You want more satisfaction in your relationships.

  • You’re committed to growth and know change starts with you.

  • You value guidance rooted in respect, support, and self-responsibility.

  • You value the growth process, and have seen how staying committed keeps you moving towards your goals.

  • You’re ready to cut through the noise and practice what builds self-trust, authentic truth, and emotional intelligence.

FAQ

Meet Mallika

Action helps us create functionally effective tools in real time.

We learn, experiment, and learn more. Without taking action, we stay stuck in our minds. And our minds are a power tool, but we need to learn how to use them well!

The work I do synthesizes foundational human psychology and spirituality with practical, concrete tools and practices. I help clients experience change and satisfaction in the moment, rather than wait to arrive at a fantastical future “healed self”.

I help you create a foundation of growth in your life, so that your marriage, all your relationships, are the fertile ground within which you can root, rise and radiate.

We do not have to do this work alone. I am working towards a world where our minds clearly see reality, we utilize our emotional gifts, and our relationships are deep and functional. I envision a world where change happens through mutual commitment.

I am honored to witness and support you as you too take steps on your path towards a world YOU want to live in!

I am a woman, wife, daughter, artist, yogi, and mother of two daughters, ages 15 and 11. I value truth, dharma, co-creation, humor, joy, and tending to the systems that matter to me.

I have worked for 15+ years with clients, women and couples, and yet my greatest learning has been through my own life and marriage. Life is our greatest teacher.

As a therapist and coach, I hold space for deep feeling and for finding reality, clarity and your voice towards something new! I believe we are designed in perfection, and life is a mirror for our spiritual evolution.

As the world has changed so much in the last 6 years, I have seen how “holding space” is only one part of the process that leads to transformation.

We need to take action.

About Mallika’s Work

“I find myself gaining the courage to take small risks in my relationships. Sometimes, these risks have deepened my relationships; other times, they have not. Every time, though, I showed up as my authentic self, and that has been freeing and deeply satisfying.

— K.G.

“I’ve uncovered old patterns keeping me stuck—like rushing to connect, but then closing off. I feel more accepting of myself now, not holding myself or others to unreasonable expectations. This awareness helps me receive deeper, moment-to-moment satisfaction. I feel more spaciousness to be and feel who I truly am."

— M.B.

“I experienced a pivotal shift in my marriage when I learned to identify and communicate my feelings without needing my partner to fix them, using phrases like "I just need to tell you I'm feeling angry." He doesn’t get as defensive and I don’t just hold it all alone.”

— G.B.
